Z-Communications introduce a new RoHS compliant Fixed Frequency Synthesizer model SFS0924C-LF for indoor basestations. The SFS0924C-LF is a single frequency synthesizer that is phase locked at 924 MHz while using a 10 MHz reference. This coaxial resonator PLL features remarkable phase noise of -118 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and typical sideband spurs of -70 dBc.
The SFS0924C-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0 dBm into a 50Ω load while operating off a VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc and PLL chip voltage of 3Vdc, each drawing 25mA and 14mA, respectively.

The innovative, low phase noise device is designed to operate over the extended commercial temperature range of -25 to 90ºC. The SFS0924C-LF features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -15 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's industry standard PLL-V12C package measuring 0.60 in. x 0.60 in. x 0.22 in.

It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements making it ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow. The SFS0924C-LF is also well suited for satellite communications and test and measurement applications that require low phase noise performance.
