According to research by IDC into the global smart home device market, 832.7 devices will be shipped in 2019, a figure it expects to rise to 1.6 billion in 2023 as consumers adopt multiple devices and the availability of products increases. Universal control and sensing technologies company for the smart home, Universal Electronics, has announced that it will be introducing pre-integrated channel specific kits curated to address consumer demand and provide new experiences. Launched at this year’s CES, the kits are powered by Nevo Butler, a white label, managed and secure smart home hub with a digital assistant built in. 

  Universal Electronics has announced that it will be introducing a new platform for the connected home at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, NV, which kicks off this week on 8th January 2019.

Following the launch of six new voice-controlled remotes with Pay-TV operators across Europe in the past six months, Universal Electronics, a specialist in universal control and sensing technologies, is continuing to deliver control platforms that they claim are changing the way consumers interact with their entertainment worldwide.

Control and sensing technology leader, Universal Electronics, has announced a new line of Android-compatible remote controls and will be demonstrating the latest features and capabilities of its new smart remote control line up, including the newly launched UEI FUJI remote, at IBC2018.
