FUJITSU Components has developed a super-small and powerful wireless module based upon the Nordic Semiconductor nRF52 SoC. FUJITSU, well known as a major IT company, has developed its expertise in wireless communication over years. This has resulted in top class modules for wireless communication.

Fujitsu Components proudly announces its very small nRF52 module with integrated antenna based upon Nordic Semiconductor “World’s most powerful” Bluetooth Smart SoC, nRF52 Series “the game changer”. The FUJITSU nRF52 module has been designed to have all features and advantages of a complete and certified module with strong antenna capabilities. No need to lose time and resources on certifications, and get your application on the market!

The module has been designed to deal with a complexity of processes while using very little power; along with its very small size of just 15.7x9.8x1.7 mm, the module is a suitable solution where size and capability matters. FUJITSU’s nRF52 module is Bluetooth 4.2 enabled.

The nRF52832 QFN-package wireless module has been designed around a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F CPU with 512kB + 64kB RAM. The embedded 2.4GHz transceiver supports Bluetooth Smart, ANT and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocol stack. It is on air compatible with the nRF51 Series/modules. With 512kB Flash memory, 64kB RAM, the module can be considered as very powerful. Thirty GPIO pins are available.

NFC-A tag support is included on chip and out-of-Band (OOB) pairing using NFC simplifies the process of authenticated pairing between two Bluetooth devices by exchanging authentication information over an NFC link. The module features two built-in Crystal oscillators 32MHz and 32.768kHz.

FUJITSU Components has a dedicated design team on antenna development able to create that perfect match between module capabilities and proven antenna quality. FUJITSU’s antenna capabilities of the nRF52 module already make it the “most wanted” even before release.

No need to spend time and resources on certifications, the FUJITSU nRF52 based wireless module will be FCC/IC/CE/Japan radio ACT certified.
