Contactless technology company, Fidesmo, and Bravida, access control systems company, have announced their partnership to bring more flexibility and choice to users. This collaboration enables the use of watches, cards and other gadgets connected to Fidesmo as the key carrier in Bravida’s customers access systems.

"We look forward to this co-operation, where Bravida’s customers can use Fidesmo’s ecosystem of wearables and cards. The user will be able to decide which card or gadget they wish to use as an access card, as long as the gadget connects with Fidesmo. It also makes it easier for employers to connect third party services to their employees access cards," said Mattias Eld, CEO of Fidesmo.

Jonas Ahlgren, Product Manager, Bravida, said: "This collaboration shows that Bravida is at the forefront of technology and sees the opportunities. With Fidesmo's open platform, we enable our users to be able to safely choose what holds keys for access to the office and still maintain the highest level of security.

"Bravida has delivered encrypted tokens (through plastic cards) with customer-unique keys to its Passover Control System Integra for ten years. With Fidesmo, Bravida’s service portfolio is complemented with a flexible solution enabling wearables to be used by customers of Bravida's Integra Passenger System.”
