5G ready multi-technology module launched

The launch of a new 4G/3G small cell integrator module software upgradable to 5G, has been announced by ip.access, as part of its carrier grade OEM platform portfolio. The new E62 multi-Radio Access Technology (multi-RAT) integrator carrier grade platform is a compact format with dual-band radio, designed in close collaboration with the company’s customers and partners.

Boosting indoor mobile connectivity in Belgium

Independent small cell solution provider, ip.access, has announced that it has signed an agreement with Telenet, Belgium’s largest provider of cable broadband and mobile services, to support a major roll out of residential small cells. The partnership between the two companies confirms ip.access’ ability to deliver innovative end-to-end 3G and 4G solutions and to manage a mass roll out of small cells.

ip.access launches 3G C-class consumer small cell

At its European User Group conference in Central London today, ip.access announced a new C8 consumer femtocell Access Point. In front of representatives from its existing customer base, which numbers some 60 network operators, ip.access unveiled the smart new 3G residential small cell which can provide strong 3G signal for up to eight phones simultaneously within a home or home office.
