Wideband amplifier provides DC-50GHZ
A wideband amplifier boasting an operating frequency range of DC-50GHz, the MAAM-011109-DIE, has been introduced by M/A-COM Technology Solutions. This amplifier provides customers with 50Ω matching and typical return losses of 15dB. This user friendly amplifier is a high-performance, low noise solution for customers seeking a wideband, fully matched amplifier solution.
Features of the MAAM-011109-DIE include gate bias adjust to change current setting for power or temperature, gain trim control that allows 15dB of gain control (0 to -1V) and a temperature-compensated power detector that provides a DC voltage in relation to the output power.
This die product features gold-plated contact pads on its backside and a size of 1.97x1.30x0.1mm. The table below shows the typical performance of the amplifier.
