RF Solutions has announced the availability of its new range of high quality 2.4Ghz antennas specifically designed and manufactured for operation with low power, short range telemetry systems, Wi-Fi and computer systems. The use of these antennas gives optimum range and reliability to a wide range of applications.

Tuned to a frequency of 2.4 – 2.5Ghz, the compact and flexible helical ‘Stubby’ whip antenna benefits from a rugged plastic finish and 90 degree SMA fixing. This antenna is available as BNC, 4BA, M4 screw fixing. A slightly different model is available with a 90 degree ‘joint’ with SMA fixing. RF Solutions also markets a twin gain directional antenna, which is small enough to be used indoors or in an industrial environment and a compact mini dipole with a 2.5 metre coax lead. This mini dipole is rugged and benefits from a +2.1dBi gain and SMA fixing.

Other antennas operating on a 2.4Ghz frequency available from RF Solutions include a flat whip model designed for panel mounting and an onboard antenna suitable for PCB mounting for embedded applications which operates either a horizontal or a vertical polarisation. The company can also supply unidirectional and multimode antennas of a rugged industrial construction, which can be fitted with TNC female connectors. Non-standard frequencies are available on request.

RF Solutions provide a wide range of high quality, passive and high gain antennas, including Flexi 1/4 Wave, Helical, Puk, Embedded, Dipoles and Yagi. These antennas are rugged yet they present a high quality finish, and are available with a range of fixings. The standard product range includes the following frequencies: 315MHZ, 433 MHZ, 868 MHZ, 915 MHZ, 2.4GHZ, as well as GSM and GPS antennas.
