Hungarian company, L!Ber8 has created a wearable bracelet, the Tago Arc, which can change its appearance depending on the preferences of the user. The company develops energy harvesting solutions and creates wireless no-charge display technologies for wearables and small electronics devices.

The fashion industry is hungry for these dynamic solutions and L!Ber8 cooperates with companies that are aiming to integrate these displays into their traditional static products, bringing personalisation and customisation to the next level in the fashion industry.

According to a survey conducted by global research company Lightspeed GMI, 35% of consumers have the following problems with current wearables: - short battery life, data privacy issues, boredom setting in quickly with the necessity of linking these devices to their PC’s or smartphones.

The Tago Arc needs no charge, no data storing, is endlessly customisable and there is no constant linkage to any device. It is only one bracelet, but thanks to the full E Ink display users can continuously change the pattern and the displayed design via their smartphones to always match their mood and outfit.

It has no buttons, no cords and it doesn’t need to be charged. The user just tags the desired pattern onto the bracelet from the Tago app. The Tago Arc has a full width E Ink surface display with integrated NFC technology.
Pictures can be downloaded from the Tago app where the latest designs, patterns and drawings are at the tip of user’s fingertips. Tago arc owners will also be able to take pictures with their phones, upload them into the app and tag them on their wrists.
