SP3T switch suits high power radio & MIL-COM applications
Designed for military and civilian radio applications, M/A-COM Technology Solutions has introduced a high power PIN diode SP3T switch. The MASW-011030 operates from 30MHz to 3GHz while handling 100W CW incident power at a base plate temperature of 85°C for customers requiring higher CW and pulsed power operation.
Supplied in a common anode configuration, the MASW-011030 features 40dB isolation at 2GHz with insertion loss of 0.35dB. Manufactured using MACOM’s hybrid manufacturing process, the device is 1B HBM ESD rated. The high power switch is suited for use in higher power land mobile radio and MIL-COM applications.

Supplied in a single 7mm HWFN 16-lead plastic package, the MASW-011030 high power PIN diode SP3T switch is available now for sampling and in production quantities.
