New RF Cable and RF Connector Catalogues from HUBER+SUHNER

Two new catalogues published by HUBER+SUHNER include all the latest additions to the company’s industry leading RF cable and RF connector product ranges. Both catalogues are available to view and download online as e-papers. HUBER+SUHNER is a technology leader in electrical and optical interconnectivity based on a unique mix of radio frequency, fibre-optic and low frequency technologies used across the communications, transportation, industrial and military sectors.

RF Cables

HUBER+SUHNER develops and manufactures coaxial cables for a wide range of worldwide applications and according to international standards. The new 102-page catalogue includes details of several additions to the company’s SPUMA product family as well as an updated section where readers can compare the characteristics of plastic materials to ensure the right construction and material combination is selected. HUBER+SUHNER has also included links to a variety of online tools to help with product selection, product configuration and calculation.

SPUMA cables are designed for applications up to 6GHz and find widespread use across many applications in transportation, defence communications and industry. SPUMA cables are flexible and halogen free low loss types with a screening effectiveness greater then 90dB over the whole operating frequency range. They feature a tight bending radius an exhibit an excellent electrical performance - particularly an outstanding return loss (VSWR).

RF Connectors

HUBER+SUHNER is a leading global provider of RF connectors for the transmission of analogue and digital signals and has many years of experience in the development and production of coaxial connectors. This latest 478-page catalogue includes many new additions and adaptations of the company’s extensive RF connector offering. New N, SMA and TNC connectors for SPUMA cables are included for the first time as are additions to the Quick-Fit family and new versions of the BMA Eco Series. A more detailed section on adaptor selection is included which divides, by application and performance, HUBER+SUHNER’s Standard, Precision, PIM and Quick-Mate adapters for straight, right-angle and panel-mount applications.
