Touted as one of the industry's first universal, single-chip GNSS receivers for GPS (L1 C/A code and P-code), Galileo, BeiDou and GLONASS navigation satellite systems, the MAX2769C requires only a few external components to form a complete low-cost GPS receiver solution.

NuWaves Engineering announced the release of a small, highly efficient solid state power amplifier - the latest offering in the NuPowerTM family of power amplifier (PA) products – the NuPowerTM 12A01A. The NuPowerTM 12A01A is a highly linear, L- & S-band power amplifier that provides 4 W of linear RF power to boost performance of data links and transmitters. With a nominal input drive level of 0 dBm, the NuPowerTM 12A01A offers an impressive 36 dB of RF gain from 1.0 GHz to 2.5 GHz.

CEL is introducing low cost pHEMTs (pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor) targeted for Ku and Ka Band Satellite Receiver applications. These CEL pHEMTs are drop-in replacements to the Renesas pHEMTs, also offered by CEL. Typical applications are LNBs (Low Noise Block) in Digital Broadcast Systems (DBS), and downconverters in VSAT systems and 24GHz sensors. These new low noise pHEMTs are also excellent for a variety of other microwave and RF applications.
