Initial power amplifier products with saturated efficiency

Guerrilla RF has introduced the company’s first two InGaP HBT power amplifier products. Both devices deliver 60% saturated efficiency, with high gain and high output power, making them well suited choices for the final stage of applicable transmit chains. The GRF5504 is a high efficiency power amplifier that delivers up to 3.5W at Psat, with Vcc set to five volts and a low Iccq of 120mA.

LNA & PA driver enable 802.11ac applications

Designed for WLAN access points, the GRF2505 LNA and the GRF2541 PA driver have been released by Guerrilla RF. Providing ultra-low noise and high linearity across a 5-6GHz bandwidth, the GRF2505 can be used as either an LNA or as a PA driver for 802.11ac applications. Designed for small cells, macro base stations, DAS and other wireless devices in the 700-2700MHz band, the GRF2104 LNA has been released by Guerrilla RF. With a flat gain of 20dB, the device offers outstanding NF and linearity across the 700-2700MHz bandwidth. LNAs enable small cells, macro base stations & DAS

The GRF2051 and GRF2052 LNAs, which are optimised for frequency ranges of 1700-2700MHz and 2300-3800MHz, respectively, have been released by Guerrilla RF.
