Extending circular display range to cover all technologies

andersDX has launched a range of larger high performance circular displays of 3” and 4.2” diameter, aimed particularly at automotive, industrial and marine dashboards. The displays complement andersDX existing range of TFT, PMOLED and OLED modules of just over 1” diameter, which are aimed at wearable applications.

TFT displays suitable for small handheld electronic devices

  Custom and semi-custom display company, andersDX, has added small TFT displays with an easy to integrate SPI interface and a power consumption of 3mA. The new displays are suitable for a host of applications from handheld devices such as remote controls or test equipment for industrial, medical and consumer electronics.

'Moth-eye' display offers high readability

A new and cost-effective 7” PCAP touchscreen display module that achieves readability over a wide viewing angle, even in high ambient light conditions, has been launched by andersDX. The display is based on moth-eye film, which andersDX can also supply on other displays. The moth eye film surface treatment applied to this 7” TFT display greatly uses technology which mimics the microsized lenses in the eye of a moth.

'Letterbox' TFT display delivers high performance

A high performance 16:6 aspect ratio 'letterbox' IPS TFT display has been released by andersDX which allows designers to revolutionise dashboards and instrument panel design. The new andersDX letterbox display offers an IPS TFT screen in a form factor. Truly Semiconductor, a major global manufacturer of TFT and AMOLED displays, has strengthened its presence in the UK by appointing andersDX as a direct sales representative. The announcement gives the UK’s largest OEMs access to Truly’s 1 million sq. mt. of display manufacturing capacity through expert local support.

Anders offers cut down letterbox size TFT display modules

andersDX has announced that it is extending its semi-custom display service to 7 and 10.1” colour TFT displays, which can be cut to a specified height to suit the space available. The semi-custom service also includes adding touch control and other features, but the initial NRE (non-recurring engineering) cost is less than one-tenth the normal upfront charge.

andersDX has announced that it is extending its custom and semi-custom display range with 15.6 and 21.5” screens. andersDX and its supplier Data Image can customise displays in volumes as low as 800 units per month. andersDX now offers custom and semi-custom colour TFT screens from 1.1” to 21.5”.

Larger screens added to Bay Trail Embedded Display Platform

Custom service enables easy upgrading to colour TFT displays

Upgrading from character modules to colour TFT displays just became a whole lot easier, as andersDX announces that it will customise its QVGA colour TFT module to fit into front panel slots designed for popular character modules. andersDX will customise and adapt the module to fit into the existing case aperture, designing a bezel or housing to create a perfect fit.
